12. Google User Data & Drive API Policy

Profenger ERP integrates with Google OAuth and Google Drive APIs to allow users to store automated company database backups directly in their personal or business Google Drive account.

How We Access Data: With your explicit consent, our application requests access to your email address (for account identification) and the drive.file scope (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file). This scope permits our application to create, upload, and update only the backup files and folder ('Profenger ERP Backups') created specifically by our service.

Data Usage & Non-Disclosure: Backup files (.pbk) are generated securely in-memory and transferred directly to your Google Drive. We do not scan, read, modify, or delete any of your other private Google Drive files. Your Google user data and OAuth tokens are strictly confidential and are never shared, sold, or transferred to third parties or advertising networks under any circumstances.
