If you create an account on behalf of a business or organization, you may designate one or more administrators to manage the account and its users. Administrators are responsible for managing access, permissions, and usage of the Services within the organization. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activities that occur under your organization account. Xteum Technologies is not responsible for the internal management or administration of your account.

Certain features of Profenger Books may require a paid subscription. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the billing date. You authorize Xteum Technologies to charge applicable fees using your selected payment method. We may update pricing from time to time, effective from the next billing cycle. Applicable taxes, including GST, will be charged as per law.

You retain ownership of all data and content you create or store using ProfengerBooks. By using the Services, you grant Xteum Technologies Pvt. Ltd. a limited right to use, process, and store your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Services. We will not use your data for marketing or any other purpose without your consent.

The name Profenger Books, its logo, and all related branding are the property of Xteum Technologies. You agree not to use, copy, or display our trademarks without prior written permission.

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Xteum Technologies Pvt. Ltd. makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the Services. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Your use of the Services is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xteum Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services during the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Xteum Technologies Pvt. Ltd. from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable laws or third-party rights.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kerala, India.

We strive to provide uninterrupted service, but we do not guarantee that the platform will always be available or error-free.

From time to time, Profenger Books may offer certain features or services as beta versions for testing and evaluation purposes. Beta Services may be incomplete, unstable, or contain errors, and may not function as expected. Features and functionality may be modified, limited, or removed at any time without prior notice. Xteum Technologies retains full discretion over the availability and duration of Beta Services, including whether they will be made part of the commercial offering. You are not required to subscribe to any paid services as a result of using Beta Services. We may suspend or discontinue Beta Services at any time, with or without notice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xteum Technologies shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use, modification, or discontinuation of Beta Services.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that remain inactive for an extended period. We may provide prior notice before such action and allow you to back up your data. Upon termination, associated data may be deleted.
